Return and Refund Policy

1. Withdrawal Period

You have 30 days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without providing a reason. This is more generous than the standard 14-day legal period.

2. Return Conditions

The product must be: unused or barely used, intact and in its original packaging, accompanied by all accessories and documents, clean and in good condition.

3. Return Procedure

1. Contact us at contact@magx-store.com with your order number
2. We will provide a return label
3. Pack the product carefully and send it to the indicated address
4. Keep your proof of return

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. However, if the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return costs.

5. Refund

Once your return is received and inspected: refund within 30 days maximum, covering the purchase price and original shipping costs, to the original payment method.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned: customized or personalized items, heavily damaged or substantially altered products, items without original tags.

7. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective item, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a free exchange or refund, covering all return and replacement costs.

8. Warranty

Our products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
