General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions govern the sale of products from the MAGX store at magx-store.com. Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.

2. Prices and Orders

Prices are displayed inclusive of all taxes. Prices are valid at the time of the order. MAGX reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but changes will only apply to orders placed after the effective date.

3. Product Availability

All products are offered subject to available stock. In case of unavailability, the customer will be notified and may request a refund.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping is free to mainland France, the European Union, and internationally. Estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days from order confirmation.

5. Payment Methods

Payment is processed via Shopify Payments, accepting credit cards, Apple Pay, and other available methods. All payments are secure and encrypted.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, customers have 30 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without providing a reason.

MAGX is not liable for damages caused by improper use of the product. Products are delivered as described on the site.
